If you buy a guide and decide it isn't useful to you, contact us within 30 days of your purchase date and we'll refund it in full. You don't need to give a reason.
Email hello@syrenthix.com or use our contact page with the email address you used at checkout and the name of the guide you bought. We aim to process refund requests within a few business days.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method through the same payment provider used at checkout. Depending on your bank or card provider, it can take several business days for the refund to appear.
Requests made after 30 days from the purchase date are reviewed individually — contact us and we'll take a look, though a refund isn't guaranteed at that point.
Free File has no purchase price, so there's nothing to refund.
